- While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
Property Access
- Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
- Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
Policies and Rules
- Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
- Guest Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
- Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- Children are allowed.
- Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
- Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed anywhere inside the property, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
- Cameras: For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property. Please reach out if you have questions.
- Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
- Parties/Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
- Pets: This property is pet friendly with the payment of a non-refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum pets allowed: 99.

- The hot tub and sauna are available as specified above. Use of the hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and special risks may be involved. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of these amenities and hold owner and property manager harmless.

- The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property.
- The tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
