Property Access

  • Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
  • Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details.

Policies and Rules

  • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
  • Guest Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
  • Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
  • Children are allowed.
  • Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
  • Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed anywhere inside the property, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Cameras: For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property. Please reach out if you have questions.
  • Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
  • Parties/Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
  • Pets: This property is pet friendly with the payment of a non-refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum pets allowed: 99.
